MdM was started in January 2021 by our Founder and CEO, Michelle. Ever since opening our doors we have only grown and acquired new clients from all kinds of industries. In 2023 Michelle's daughter Kayla joined and now we are a mother daughter duo team that have over 30+ years of experience between the two of us. When you get one of us you get us both!
We are a family run business, so we get the ups and downs that come with life. We are happy to offer a stress free, reliable, professional and knowledgeable bookkeeping services to help your company grow to it's fullest capabilities!

Meet Michelle!
Before MdM Michelle worked as an office managers for a wide range of industries such as private and public medicine, construction, optometry, manufacturing and dentistry! Michelle offers over 25 years of bookkeeping and office experience. She is the go to in the office for answers on taxes, and incorporating! Michelle oversees all the files to ensure that all our work is kept at the highest regard. Michelle is currently working on completing her CPB Certificate to ensure that she holds all the proper certifications for our clients.
When Michelle isn't working she is often found hanging out with her three dogs and husband. On weekends she loves hanging out with her grandson, kids and enjoying the weekend itself!
Kayla Harley, Sr Accounting Specialist & Marketing Manager
Meet Kayla!
Before MdM Kayla completed her Business Administration Diploma at SAIT back in 2020. She found accounting positions in industries such as security, automotive and freight transportation. Since joining MdM Kayla has gained experience in industries such as construction, real estate and sports medicine including massage and physio therapy. When Kayla isn't working on files you will find her on our social media accounts and updating the website with insightful articles relating to bookkeeping or taxes. Kayla is currently working on completing her payroll certificate with the National Payroll Institute to be able to better serve our clients with certified payroll experience.
When Kayla isn't working she is usually soaking in time with her son, husband and dog. On the weekends Kayla is usually out and about trying to enjoy as much time with her family as she can!
